Job Description
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and provide information on product features and benefits.
  • Sales and Upselling: Achieve individual sales targets by recommending additional products or services that enhance the customers purchase.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and ensure that product displays are organized and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
