We are looking for a skilled Call Test Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for testing and verifying call systems, networks, and telecommunication services to ensure that all calls meet quality standards. This role involves identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting any issues related to voice or call performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Testing: Perform manual and automated call testing on various voice platforms and systems to ensure call quality and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot any call quality issues such as latency, jitter, dropped calls, or poor audio.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated test scripts for voice network and telecommunication systems using relevant tools and technologies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor call performance metrics like call setup time, call drop rate, and voice clarity to assess system functionality.
- System Integration: Collaborate with network engineers and developers to integrate and optimize call systems.
- Reporting: Document test cases, report results, and track defects for future analysis and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to replicate issues and ensure the seamless operation of new features and fixes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for telecommunication services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in call testing, telecommunication systems, or voice network testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of call routing, telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP, RTP, etc.).

- Good communication skills to report findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based telecommunication systems (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Certification in telecommunications or related areas (e.g., CCNA, VoIP certifications).
