Job Description

• Opportunity to work on industry-leading UPI payment products

• Responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting for metrics relevant to strategic projects and PL.

• Analyze operational product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates processes.

• Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance business finance to bring new products and features to market

• Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders.

• Interface financial institutions like NPCI and regulatory bodies for last mile compliance and product implementation.

• Liaison with PSP partner banks to drive bilateral business partnership alignments and their implementation charters.

• Perform in-depth competitive analysis market research (primary secondary) to put together market views on new payment products.

• Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products

• Execute all operating plans independently.

Ideal candidate should

• Have 1-4 years of relevant experience

• Be agile and highly collaborative and be able to adapt to changing requirements

• Have strong analytical acumen,problem solving and communication skills

• Be highly data-driven. Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL would be preferred

• Possess customer first attitude; be always on toes to lessen pain points of customers

• Strongly focused on execution.
