Candidate ACQUISITION AND ENGAGEMENT @ IIMJOBS (HIRIST) about the position Hirist.com is a job portal for premium jobs recommended to premium candidates. The jobs posted by companies are curated and posted by hirist team. Also the companies are assisted by training the team and helping them to use various power features to Post Jobs and recruit candidates. It is our endeavor to create a successful partnership with these companies by helping them with sufficient number of candidates to choose from for their premium jobs and making sure that the candidates are premium.
The role is of candidate acquisition and engagement. Sourcing or Acquiring right potential candidates on the portal.
To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline on our portal.
Work days and timings
9:30AM - 6:30PM
Mon - Fri (Alternative Saturday in a month working) Sunday fixed off
Office location: Kings Mall, Sector 10, Rohini, Delhi
KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) -:
• Use internal or external social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Good to have experience in Recruitment or Business Development or any kind of Acquisition.
• Must be aggressive in closing or acquiring the candidates, with target driven approach.
• Develop a network of potential candidates or industry professionals, as per the requirement.
• Review defined JDs, online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates or to match the requirement.
• Send emails and follow up with candidates
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles or just to increase the potential pipeline.
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
• Log candidate information in our internal databases.
To connect with internal or external stakeholder as per the requirement.
• Measure and report on metrics, like source of hire and different market benchmarking.
• 1-4 years of experience in leading a team for customer success/satisfaction team.
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
• Good knowledge of the latest trends in the market or have the inclination towards related research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open requirements such as target
brand or target college online hunt simultaneously, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in B2C Customer Satisfaction Team.
• Prior experience working in any of these: EdTech, Online Advertising, Media, SaaS, Recruitment industry or Business development or any online acquisition.
