Key Responsibilities Airport Booking Executive (Rapido Cabs, Bhopal Airport):
Handle booking requests from passengers and assist with on-the-spot Rapido cab bookings at the airport kiosk.
Create awareness about Rapido services and guide customers in downloading and using the Rapido app.
Ensure consistent booking flow from Bhopal Airport by delivering a seamless customer experience.
Address and resolve customer escalations in real time to ensure a hassle-free and smooth ride experience.
Maintain proper SOPs and assist in enforcing operational policies to ensure smooth functioning of the kiosk.
Highlight customer issues or operational concerns to the city team for quick resolution and service improvement.
Ensure proper placement and maintenance of standees, signages, kiosks, directional boards, and other marketing materials.
Provide accurate information on fares, estimated wait time, route options, and captain/driver availability.
Coordinate with captains for timely pickups and resolve any on-ground logistical challenges.
Maintain accurate daily booking logs and submit reports to the operations team.
Keep the kiosk clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary materials at all times.
Professionally handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
Support promotional activities and campaigns to increase customer engagement and bookings at the airport.
