Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the front line of our sales team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our cybersecurity solutions. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about technology, have strong communication skills, and are eager to start their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential customers.
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer requirements and pain points.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Continuously learn about SecPod s products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Who Can Apply:
- Recent graduates (preferable BBA, MBA) with strong interest in sales and technology.
- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
- Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity is a plus but not mandatory.
