We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, Cold Calling, Power Point Presentation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. As a B2B Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to target new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Conduct Power Point presentations and Service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Project activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular business development reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
