ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
In US, we buy Premium Office Buildings and Tech Parks which are partially vacant. Once we buy the Properties, we market
the vacant
spaces to fill it with new clients and make it 100% occupied/ Stabilized. After achieving full occupancy, we sell our
property back in
market. We have locations in Houston, Irving, Washington DC another upcoming location in Virginia and
planning to expand in
more locations this year.
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
Business Development Team handles the core functions of purchase, sales, leasing and relationship model . The in-house
data and
marketing team will help identifying potential contacts of Realtors and Clients for Buying, Leasing and Selling of
Commercial Office
Buildings. As a member of the team, you are also expected to build and improve the relationship with
Brokers and Clients and work
with cross functional departments to meet deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
ä 0 to 10 years Experience
ä Excellent verbal and written communication skill
ä Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
ä Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
ä Experience in Sales/Business Development is a plus.
ä Identify, build and cultivate strong network of Real Estate Brokers
ä Work with brokers for increasing inflow of high value Acquisition, Leasing and Sale of Real Estate investment opportunities
ä Generate revenue through cold calls, emails and social media to new and existing enquiries
ä Approach CXOs and Admins of potential organizations for leasing of office space
ä Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
ä Maintain regular contact with Tenant Brokers and potential clients to identify new opportunities, understand their future leasing
requirements and monitor new concepts for lease-up potential
ä Building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
ä Coordinate with Projects and Facility Teams to deliver new and revised space design plans and projects requirements
ä Client Servicing & Account Management activities
ä Identify trends and customer needs to develop strategies
ä Working with cross-functional teams on improving internal processes and communication.
