Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for permanent, contract, and temporary staffing services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing quality staffing solutions.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with competitor strategies and pricing trends.
- Develop strategies to expand the companys presence in IT & Non-IT staffing.
4. Recruitment Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and delivery managers to meet client expectations.
- Monitor recruitment progress and resolve hiring challenges.
