About the job
MindSource, Inc a 30+ year old Talent Solutions Firm based in San Francisco Bay Area & Silicon Valley is looking for Salespeople(INDIA) with strong Experience in selling IT

& Engineering Managed Services & staffing solutions in the United States market primarily talent in private & public sector. This opportunity is based out of India.



This role reports to MindSource, Inc SVP Sales and Delivery. We are looking for a Sales & Business Development for an immediate start. The position Is permanent position.

Bring your proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the United States for Onsite or Hybrid USA, Offshore (India) & Nearshore (LATAM) in PST, CST and EST Time zones.



Key Qualifications: Proven track record in acquiring Direct Clients and forming strong relationships. Ability to secure new clients and drive business growth. Experience managing the full sales lifecycle and effectively closing deals

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. We are not looking for candidates with relationships with System Integrators and Preferred Vendors. ONLY Direct customers.



Experience & willingness to work as a stand-alone & hands on sales professional
Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing
Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream
Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving


Skills

Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions
Experience in delivering and achieving/ exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis
You must have the desire to work as a go getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude
Must have experience in successfully managing the internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations.


Responsibilities

This is a greenfield role, and the applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts
Focused on developing new business clients and generating revenue for the company.
Generating sales & revenue for the company in business of IT Staffing in the United States region
Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before its execution & implementation.
Opening a new line of business for the company by generating new end clients.
Develop and maintain a long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with the clients
Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating the new business development & revenue for the company.
