Job Description

As a Business Development Executive - Campus Partnerships, youll play a key role in expanding Jobzshalas presence in educational institutions. This is a high-impact, target- driven role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build partnerships with colleges/universities
  • Conduct meetings & deliver persuasive product demos
  • Negotiate deals and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
  • Manage and nurture campus relationships for renewals
  • Travel frequently within Bangalore/region for client meetings


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in Sales/ Business Development ( Must be from EdTech Industry or Saas)
  • Strong client negotiation and communication
  • Proven Ability to consistently achieve sales targets under deadlines
  • Experience in college outreach is a plus
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within Bangalore region
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
