As a Business Development Executive - Campus Partnerships, youll play a key role in expanding Jobzshalas presence in educational institutions. This is a high-impact, target- driven role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build partnerships with colleges/universities
- Conduct meetings & deliver persuasive product demos
- Negotiate deals and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
- Manage and nurture campus relationships for renewals
- Travel frequently within Bangalore/region for client meetings
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Sales/ Business Development ( Must be from EdTech Industry or Saas)
- Strong client negotiation and communication
- Proven Ability to consistently achieve sales targets under deadlines
- Experience in college outreach is a plus
- Comfortable with frequent travel within Bangalore region
- Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
