About the job
We are a growing platform and are required to target customers by hiring more sales executives on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Selling our annual academics and skill development subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on
2. Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
3. Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop strategies
4. Achieving targets as per the industry requirements
Note:
1. Working days: 6 working days with Sunday off
2. Shifts: 10 AM -7 PM
3. Additional compensation: If applicable, this will be decided based on your designation

English Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills:
Learn Business Communication
Learn Digital Marketing
Learn Business Analytics
Other requirements:
1. Mandatory language: English
2. Additional language: Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu (if any one language)
3. Laptop/wi-fi: candidates to use their laptops
4. Experience: 0-4 years
5. Qualification: Any degree and sales experience 0- 6 months
Salary:
Probation
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
