Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Pitch products or services to potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, or presentations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Negotiate deals and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information in CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel as required

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional field work or client visits
  • Fast-paced, performance-driven environment
