for premier entrance exams. We are passionate about delivering a more data-driven form of
learning where students can learn through videos and live classes while taking various kinds
of practice tests anytime and on any device. Oliveboards adaptive platform provides complete
practice for an exam- Mock Tests, Sectional Tests, Adaptive Tests, Group Study Games along
with Conceptual Videos & Lessons - all on one intelligent platform that continuously provides
targeted recommendations on weak areas.


Role: BDE Inside Sales
Location: Bangalore (In Office Job)


Responsibilities:
• Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
• Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics, and online learning platform
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives
• Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users
• Customer Relationship Management
• Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls
• Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.


Requirements:
• At least two years of Sales & BD experience via calls and live chat.
• Effective communication skills - English and Hindi Any other regional language expertise
Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali is a plus.
• Understanding of CRM tools Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both
independently and within a team.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of various competitive exams is a plus.
