Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat sales and referrals.
  • Identify potential markets for growth within the assigned territory and develop strategies to penetrate them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales initiatives and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1 year of experience in BDE/BDM role or equivalent field sales background.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and platforms (Shopify).
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
