Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat sales and referrals.
- Identify potential markets for growth within the assigned territory and develop strategies to penetrate them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales initiatives and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 year of experience in BDE/BDM role or equivalent field sales background.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and platforms (Shopify).
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
