As a Business Development Representative (BDR), youll be responsible for generating pipeline, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities across Cloud, AI, and Application Development services. Youll work closely with the technical and leadership team to craft compelling pitches and drive sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking
Conduct initial discovery calls and product demos to assess customer needs
Collaborate with solution architects to design and present tailored proposals
Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate sales forecasting
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and webinars
Drive closure of deals in collaboration with the leadership team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in BE/B. Tech/BCA and/or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT Services or SaaS
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
