Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and a passion for generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, online platforms, cold calling, etc.)
- Reach out to prospects and explain the company’s services
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager or sales team
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
- Assist in preparing proposals and documentation for clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversion rates using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (IT industry preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools is a plus
