Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle end-to-end business development for IT services and staff augmentation & Reasearch.

·      Build strong client relationships and close outsourcing deals.

·      Collaborate with internal recruiters and delivery teams for talent placement.

·      Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients.

·      Drive revenue targets and manage CRM pipeline.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience in IT sales or staffing industry.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Target-driven mindset and ability to close deals.

·      Experience handling domestic and international clients is a plus.
