JOB OVERVIEW:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) Specialist with expertise in lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:-
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. 2+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role.
3. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot , Sales Navigator , Upwork).
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:-

Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and industry events.
2. Database Management:-
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, ensuring data integrity and regular follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
