Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (CRM/ SaaS) located in the Greater Indore Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the implementation and adoption of the InstaMD platform by pharmaceutical clients. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and platform effectiveness.

Ability to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
