The business development executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building lasting client relationships. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while collaborating with internal teams for seamless onboarding. We expect the ideal candidate to have a proven sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in competitive environments. The candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with a deep understanding of sales strategies. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to business development, a passion for sales, and a commitment to meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term business value.
- Strategic outreach: Identify high-potential leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the companys client base.
- Consultative selling: Understand client needs and offer custom digital marketing solutions to address business challenges.
- Revenue target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive selling and conversion strategies.
- Market research & insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to refine outreach tactics and support product-market alignment.
- CRM & pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure smooth tracking, reporting, and forecasting of sales activities.

- Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Onsite).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Annual CTC: 3,50,000 - 4,50,000, plus attractive incentives.
