Responsibilities:

Communicate with new leads, understand requirements.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Generate leads via calls, referrals, and marketing collaboration.

Prepare business proposals and pitch to clients.

Negotiate pricing and close deals.

Maintain brand image and client trust.

Handle documentation (MS Word, PPT, Google Docs).

Work closely with IT & marketing teams.

Understand website/app development & freelancing platforms.
