Job Summary: As a Business Associate at Echobooom, you will be pivotal in driving the companys marketing initiatives and contributing to its growth trajectory. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility in the tech industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products/services and generate leads.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing strategies.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and expand the companys customer base.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Team Building & Leadership: Build, develop, and mentor your team. Understand team dynamics, guide them, train them, and assume leadership positions like Team Leader, Senior Leader, and so on.
Entrepreneurial Opportunities: Learn the nitty-gritty of the Business directly from our founders, take responsibility to get shit done, and encourage a new generation to be independent.

Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
