Position Overview:
Echobooom is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Associate to contribute to our organizational growth by driving revenue and cultivating enduring client relationships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, compelling value proposition presentations, and strategic client relationship management
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients to establish a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Strategically negotiate contractual agreements and pricing structures to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Diligently track sales activities, accurately forecast revenue projections, and implement strategies to optimize pipeline efficiency.

Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and a strong drive for business growth.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and embrace new experiences.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
