Role Overview

You will work on financial, customer, and product data to drive business decisions for lending, collections, risk & growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, repayment trends, and app usage

• Build dashboards using Excel / SQL / BI tools

• Support leadership with business insights

• Work with product & tech teams on feature improvements

• Track fraud, defaults, and risk indicators

• Improve credit & revenue performance metrics

Skills Required

• Advanced Excel + SQL

• Strong business analytics mindset

• Experience in fintech / lending / SaaS preferred

• Power BI / Tableau is a plus
