We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytical thinking, user-centric mindset, and technical fluency to deliver high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Help identify edge cases, define success metrics, and contribute to UAT processes.
• Support change request management, version control of documentation, and scope alignment.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
