We at Intellect are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand & PR Manager to drive our brand visibility, media presence, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PR agencies, news channels, and news publications, ensuring strong media coverage and brand positioning. Strong content writing skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, press releases, and thought leadership content. Prior experience in the technology or banking domain will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media Strategy
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses across business, technology, and banking sectors.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to manage press releases, interviews, and media interactions.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and refine PR strategies accordingly.
Content Development & Brand Messaging
- Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content, including press releases, articles, op-eds, blog posts, and social media content.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop executive communication content, including thought leadership articles, speeches, and LinkedIn posts for leadership teams.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Position company leadership as industry thought leaders through media interactions, speaking engagements, and interviews.
- Identify key industry events and conferences for participation and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop and manage executive communication strategies, including LinkedIn articles, guest columns, and media quotes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Leadership) to align PR, brand, and content objectives with business goals.
- Partner with external agencies, journalists, and influencers to amplify brand storytelling.
- Manage PR budgets and measure ROI on media and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Brand Management.
- Strong content writing experience is a must, with expertise in writing for media, blogs, and executive communication.
- Proven experience working with PR agencies, news publications, and media houses.
- Strong media relationships and knowledge of the technology or banking sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
- Experience in managing crisis communications and reputation management.
- Strong analytical skills to measure PR impact, content performance, and media engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a technology company, banking, or fintech.
