Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will recruit for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our business goals.
MUST:
1) Experience in Non-IT Recruiter
2) Ready to work on Night Shift or Experience in Night Shift
3) Ready to work at 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles across various levels.
Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide insights on recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Flexibility to work the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
Note: We are looking for who has experience or knowledge on US Clients.
