Job Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance claims and coordinate approvals with insurance companies.
• Inspect accident vehicles and prepare damage estimates.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair costs, timelines, and updates.
• Supervise the bodyshop repair process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain documentation and support billing processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in bodyshop operations.
• Sound knowledge of denting, painting, and insurance claim procedures.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
