Job description
1. Planning Scheduling and Implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance program, as per Sodexo CTM guidelines, using CMMS minuteman
2. Implementing Corrective Maintenance including routine corrective maintenance, breakdown and emergency maintenance. Adhere to agreed Response Time and Turn-around time.
3. Ensure that service reports are properly filed, to maintain high quality of documentation
4. Ensure that purchase requisitions for spare parts are properly filed
5. Carry out all acceptance tests according to guidelines from the manufacturer
6. Carry out Performance Testing and Electrical Safety Testing
7. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled
8. Prepare contingency plan
9. Perform and maintain calibration report, participate in the audits
10. Use appropriate personnel protective equipment (PPE) while servicing the equipment
11. Follow appropriate Decontamination procedure
12. Maintain appropriate record of Incidents and Hazards
13. Plan, schedule and conduct User Trainings
14. Maintain adequate stock of spare parts
15. Generate reports from CMMS, as required 16. Carry out administrative, finance and HR responsibilities as required
