Billing Analyst
- Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices—recurring and one-time—ensuring contractual alignment
- Analyze billing data to spot trends, anomalies, or errors, and reconcile invoices with ledger or balance sheets
- Research and resolve billing disputes, working with internal teams and customers
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and assist collections as needed
- Prepare billing reports for management and support monthly/quarterly audits
- Recommend and help implement process improvements to streamline billing workflows
