Role Summary:
As a Field BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. This is an on-the-ground role requiring strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to connect with businesses face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Present company offerings and marketing solutions to prospective clients
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos with decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing services or packages
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets
- Prepare reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, events, or promotional activities when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of marketing services and client engagement
- Comfortable with travel within assigned territory
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B marketing or client acquisition
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software
- Local market knowledge or existing network of contacts
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable)
