Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Field BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. This is an on-the-ground role requiring strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to connect with businesses face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Present company offerings and marketing solutions to prospective clients
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing services or packages
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets
  • Prepare reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows, events, or promotional activities when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of marketing services and client engagement
  • Comfortable with travel within assigned territory
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or client acquisition
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software
  • Local market knowledge or existing network of contacts
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable)
