
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify and target potential clients, including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and hospitality procurement teams.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads, conduct presentations, and convert them into long-term clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers to secure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and targets, preparing regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Ashni Studio’s product portfolio, custom capabilities, and sustainable design philosophy to effectively communicate value to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated and projects are delivered successfully.
