Overview:
As a business development executive who can contribute to the growth of our business. They
will be responsible for finding and retaining customers and encouraging existing clients to
buy newly added products or features. To be successful in this role, you should attend
networking events to increase your contacts and find new potential clients. You should also
be able to closely monitor clients’ feedback to ensure that your product or service has
exceeded their expectation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in prospecting and identifying potential clients within the IT sector.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and
potential client needs.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social
media engagement.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute strategies for business
growth and client acquisition.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and
communicate the company's offerings effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using
CRM software.
Learn about the company's products and services to effectively pitch them to potential
clients.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as
required.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and promotional
activities.
Stay updated on industry news, technological advancements, and market developments to
identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualification and Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well within a team.
Extensive presentation skills.
