HR Business Partner / Onboarding SPOC for specific location. • Assist senior HR BPs in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives. • Provide support in resolving basic employee relations issues and inquiries. • Help in the administration of performance management processes. • Participate in recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to support continuous improvement efforts. • Assist in pre-boarding activities such as document collection and background checks. • Help develop and deliver orientation programs to introduce new hires to company policies and culture. • Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing basic questions and concerns during the onboarding process. • Coordinate with hiring managers and IT to ensure necessary resources are ready for new hires. • Support the evaluation of the onboarding process and suggest improvements based on feedback.
