Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive (Non-Voice Process) to join our team. This role involves handling administrative and support tasks without direct client interaction (no voice calls). The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and ensuring smooth internal operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records.
  • Process and verify information from digital documents and systems.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as required by team leads or management.
  • Organize and manage files, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in updating internal systems and handling backend tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely processing of information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a back office or non-voice process role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of email handling and internet research.
