Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the administrative and operational functions of our organization. The role involves handling data management, processing records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. This is a non-client-facing position that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and manage data in company databases and systems.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and reports.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Coordinate with front office and support teams for seamless operations.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs.
  • Handle email and internal communication professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data entry, inventory software, or basic accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
  • Prior experience in finance, logistics, or administrative support roles.
