Qualifications
0- 6 months with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Internship or brief experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in bash scripting and CI/CD pipelines
-Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and their integration with CI/CD. Proficiency in working with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (most preferred) or AWS, GCP, and a strong desire to leverage cloud services
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the development and production environments
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), etc.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application in a fast-paced development environment
Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and experience implementing security controls
Previous experience in containerization strategies, microservices architecture, and serverless computing
