Job Title: Junior Accountant / Finance Executive
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Finance Executive to join our growing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for basic accounting tasks and supporting the finance department in various activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCom graduate to start their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Reconciliation: Assist with monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Data Entry: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, bills, and expenses.
Financial Reports: Support in preparing basic financial statements and reports for review by senior management.
Bookkeeping: Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, including processing transactions and updating ledgers.
Tax Filing Assistance: Help in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements.
Vendor Payments: Coordinate and process payments to vendors and suppliers.
Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field (freshers welcome).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar) is a plus.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively.
Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
