- Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and lab sessions in medical physics, covering topics such as radiation therapy physics, imaging, dosimetry, safety, and quality assurance.
- Supervise laboratory experiments and hands-on clinical training for students and residents.
- Mentor graduate students, residents, and trainees through thesis supervision, clinical rotations, and professional development.
- Participate in clinical workflows: calibration, acceptance testing, commissioning, and quality assurance of radiotherapy and imaging equipment (e.g., linacs, PET/CT, brachytherapy units).
- Develop and implement new treatment techniques and procedures (e.g., SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, adaptive therapy, proton therapy based on institutional capability).
- Provide clinical services, including treatment planning, dosimetry, and safety consultations.Serve on academic and administrative committees, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation, and departmental governance.
- Participate in clinical program oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and equipment procurement decisions.
- Engage in community outreach, public education, and professional society activities.
