Role & responsibilities

• To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws
• Compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations to Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE), other SEBI regulations, etc.;
• Support in conducting Board meetings, Boards Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings;
• Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for the several meetings of Directors of Listed Companies and unlisted Public Companies;
• Drafting Annual Reports of Listed Companies and unlisted Public Companies;
• Maintaining of Statutory Records and registers;
• Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities, shareholders and other stakeholders;
• Ensuring statutory compliances including filing of various forms for Joint Venture Companies, Listed Companies
