Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers via sales of financial products on the phone
2. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
3. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
4. Ensuring no losses or errors occur while assisting customers
5. Working towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes
6. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
