5. Document customer interactions and update customer records with accurate information.
6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
7. Upsell and cross-sell products or services basis process requirement
8. Perform all duties within team and personal targets.
9. Must be comfortable with 24*7 work environment especially night shifts.
