About The Role:

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will act as the crucial link between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of customized financial technology solutions. You will play a key role in supporting developers integrating with PhonePe products, ensuring their success. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic business understanding, and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, adhere to regulatory standards, and align with the organizations objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and design customized solutions leveraging PhonePe products and services

- Develop a deep understanding of the product suite.

- Manage merchant accounts during the integration phase

- Participate in meetings/con calls with merchants tech/business teams.

- Improve API integrations by studying current market practices

- Working closely with product managers on common goals to achieve best in the class developer and merchant experience for our merchants.

Basic Qualifications:

- Good communication skills

- 1 - 2 years of Techno functional experience with cross functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams

- Background in software development in one or more programming languages, preferably PHP/Java/. Net

- Proficient in Rest APIs using JSON or SOAP UI/Postman tools.
