Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of operational strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics; generate reports as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in the implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, operations logs, and inventory data (if applicable).
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving client or internal operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables, Tableau, SQL).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
