Roles and Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues related to insurance claims processing, policy changes, and other billing-related matters.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases that require escalation.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate (FCR), average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling US processes specifically Insurance Claims & Voice Processing.
Strong communication skills in English language proficiency required.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts from Monday - Saturday.
