1. Conducting & Supporting system testing, participated

2.Provide first -level(L1) support for MES-related issues on the shopfloor.

3. Monitor MES applications and escalate issues to the L2/Development team when required.

4.Responsible for technical documents of the project.

5. Provide support during MES rollout, upgrades and maintenance activities.

6.Guide shopfloor users in using the MES application.

7. Team player, Proactive, responsible able to work under pressure

8. Support in regular system maintenance, updates.
