Preferably any graduation.
MS Access, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic Insurance Knowledge
Understanding of software and tools used within business (including but not limited to MS Office)
Understanding of data sources, and data warehousing principles.
Strong skills in data integration and analysis
Highly numerate, with ability to notice trends and find anomalies in data, and ability to investigate them
Take full ownership of own deliverables, work well with the team to achieve overall targets, consider the bigger picture and the importance of the process.
Sending regular daily, weekly, monthly reports, responding to ad-hoc queries helping in production, training doing Quality check..
Proactively managing own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
