We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate to manage bill-to-bill settlements, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and support accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong Excel expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bill-to-bill settlements and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reports, and data management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Good understanding of bill settlement and financial reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Healthcare background is a plus
