The Job :
- As Business Development Associate, you will be part of a brand that delivers a world-class learning experience in mobile, interactive content and personalized learning methodologies.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying new customers for the services provided
- Understanding customer/prospective customer's business workflow and positioning appropriate solutions for customers
- Identifying new service opportunities to meet market demand
- Developing new customer acquisition strategies
- Preparing and sharing MIS reports
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector
- You are interested in mentoring and guiding students
- You have a knack for sales
- You have good interpersonal and presentation skills
- You are fluent in Hindi in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
- You are willing to work with the following schedule: 6 days work week - onsite job
